The Life Plan

The folders that we will create in this section will save documents detailing the life plan that you have chosen for yourself.

My life plan includes setting smart goals and applying the universal laws of attraction in order to materialize everything that I choose to bring into my life.

You will be organizing computer files into folders as I show in the graphic below.

The Life Plan - Tony Bastos

1.

Start by creating a folder called “Private LIFE PLAN” as a branch of your main computer trunk which I have called “YOU”.

2.

Body

Next create a folder called “Body” as a sub-branch of “Private LIFE PLAN”. Here you will be filing all e Documentation relating to your body’s fitness.

Good health goal setting must be part of the life plan that you will put together.

Go with whatever works for you!

2a.

The first sub-branch of “Body” that you will create is “Eating Plan”.

This is where you will save your body for life diet plan or any other eating plan if you have one.

2b.

Next create the folder “Exercise Routine” as a sub-branch of “Body”.

Do you have a log of your exercise routine? This is where you will keep it.

2c.

I also have a folder called “Wellbeing” as a sub-branch of “Body” where I store all my health related articles.

3.

e-Diary

Now go ahead and create a folder called “e-Diary” as a sub-branch of “Private LIFE PLAN”

My e-Diary is really a day-timer or a time management worksheet if you like.

4.

Mind

Napoleon Hill has thought me how to obtain success through a positive mental attitude (PMA). A positive mental attitude is cultivated in your mind.

The next folder that you will create is a sub-branch of “Private LIFE PLAN” and is called “Mind”.

This is where you will store the tools which will help you attain whatever you choose to materialize into your life.

Go to how the mind works if you want to read more about positive mental attitude and why the programs in your subconscious mind might be preventing you from materializing your dreams.

4a.

Next create the folder “Affirmation Lists” as a sub-branch of “Mind”.

You attract into your life what you are! You are what you think about and feel in your heart

So what are you?

I go through the process of creating a list of affirmations in my setting smart goals section on this site.

4b.

Create a folder called “Goal Board” as a sub-branch of “Mind”.

A goal board is a visual representation of everything that you choose to attract into your life.

In my section on setting smart goals, I show you how to create an electronic goal board which you can load as the wallpaper on your computer screen.

Something similar to the example below.

4c.

I save my favourite meditations in a folder called; yes, “Meditations”.

Go ahead and create this folder as a sub-branch of “Mind”.

Meditations are great to get you grounded and bring you to the moment – the now!

5.

My Goals

The next folder that you will create is called “My Goals” and it is a sub-branch of “Private LIFE PLAN”.

This is where you will save your action plan template where you list all your goals.

Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results is how Albert Einstein defined insanity.

So, if you want different results, start setting smart goals.
