About Me

My name is Tony, short for Antonio, and I am a Life Improvement Skills coach.

Being organized for me is a way of life.

It gives me confidence, creates trust and gives me credibility with others.

I think that it all started with my grandmother.

Tony Bastos, How to be Organized

Her name was Argentina and I lived with her from age 7 to age 13. My grandmother insisted that the house and especially the kitchen were spotless before we went to sleep at night.

"Just in case the doctor is called tonight" she would explain. In those days doctors did make house calls!

Why would the doctor go to the kitchen? I used to wonder. But nevertheless she insisted on everything being put back in its place.

At age 23 I embarked on a career in electronics engineering with an international manufacturer and supplier of diagnostic medical systems.

I started in the technical department installing and servicing the various systems and later transferred into the sales and marketing division.

After 30 years with the company, I decided for a number of reasons that it was time to part ways.

But it was during those 30 years that I really put my organizational skills to good use. When I resigned, I was managing 12 Southern African countries which entailed setting up the distribution agencies in each country.

Setting targets, positive attitude building, motivational techniques, computer systems organization and networking systems were all part of the job.

And naturally lots of travelling!

It was also during those 30 years that I got involved with Magnetic Resonance Imaging and witnessed how electro-magnetic energy can be changed from a frequency emitted by your body into its physical equivalent.

Then when I read Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill I realised that thoughts, which are frequencies, can also be transformed into their physical equivalent.

This book had the biggest influence on my current attitude to life.

I know that anything is possible when you put your heart and mind into it!

Remember that everything that you see around you was once only a thought in someone’s head.

Then after reading works by Wayne Dyer, Gregg Braden and Esther Hicks, I developed a set of practical tools which work to help me materialize everything that I choose to bring into my life.

These days I am following my bliss.

My bliss is restoring old houses, experimenting with methods of producing renewable energy, trying out sustainable building methods, spending time in the wild, swimming in the sea, travelling to new places and helping people materialize their dreams through goal setting, positive mental attitude and being organized.

I share these life improvement skills via this web site, my e-books and my workshops.

I live in the "NOW" but have clearly defined goals.

Remember Albert Einstein’s definition of insanity; “doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results”.

Thank you for your visit.
