You have been shown how to use the Action Plan in the section on How to Set Goals.
The Action Plan Template was created in Microsoft Excel 2007. You will need Microsoft Excel or other compatible software to open and use it.
This is how you use it:
- In the left column enter a brief description of your goal.
- Each month is divided into four weeks represented by blocks. Color each block to indicate the duration for each step of your goal.
- In the section above the blocks fill in a brief description for that particular step.
- Review your goals each day
