Motivational Affirmations

Motivational affirmations help you to program your mind. Words of affirmation when repeated just prior to falling asleep as subliminal self affirmations will reprogram your subconscious mind and will get rid of the memes that are holding you back.

Let’s take the following example from the goal setting form.

My Dream: I want to become a doctor of medicine

Why not?: It’s going to be too difficult

In this example, motivation is lacking possibly due to a lack of firmness of purpose and courage.

How to be Organized, Tony Bastos, Motivational Affirmations

Motivation is defined as the psychological feature that arouses an organism to action toward a desired goal; the reason for the action; that which gives purpose and direction to behaviour.

Your lack of motivation could be caused by a meme planted into your mind at an early age.

You may have heard your parents discussing how difficult it is for individuals to qualify as a medical doctor. It may even have been told to you when you raised the idea of one day going to university to study medicine. You could have been told something like: “you will never become a doctor, it is too difficult for someone like you. You just not clever enough to go to university”.

These statements were recorded into your subconscious mind and you started believing them.

You need to increase your firmness of purpose and your courage. To accomplish this listen to the following motivational affirmations taken from Peter Haddon’s book “How to change your life without effort to achieve everything you desire”.

Please refer to my section on "how to program your mind" and follow the instructions to record these affirmations. It is essential that they are recorded and listened to in the correct manner.

These are the sentences that you will be recording:

You have strong willpower and are determined to succeed.

You never give up.

You know that anything is possible.

You do not hesitate under any distraction.

You are able to take an unpopular decision which you know is correct.

You are able to rise above personal inclination and be ruthlessly decisive when the situation demands it.

You are mentally and physically courageous.

You are tremendously brave and bold.

You are not frightened easily.

You are always prepared to act positively on your decisions.

You are always ready to be the first to transform words into actions.

You act without fear under stress.

You face all obstacles with brave and firm resourcefulness.

You know that anything is possible.
