Self Confidence Affirmations

Self confidence affirmations help you to program your mind. Self esteem affirmations when repeated just prior to falling asleep as subliminal self affirmations will release the power of subconscious mind and you will use that power to actualize your goals.

Let’s take the next example from the goal setting form.

My Dream: I would love to be more self-confident

Why not?: Everyone puts down my ideas and I start to doubt my choices

Self-confidence is freedom from doubt and a belief in yourself and your abilities.

Your lack of self-confidence could be caused by a meme planted into your mind at an early age.

You may have been told at some stage in your young years: “you will never amount to anything” or something like “you want to do what? Look at you...”.

These statements were recorded into your subconscious mind and you started believing them.

You may not even be aware of this.

The following affirmations were taken from Peter Haddon’s book “How to change your life without effort to achieve everything you desire”.

Please refer to my section on "how to program your mind" and follow the instructions for recording these assertions. It is essential that they are recorded and listened to in the correct manner.

These are the sentences that you will be recording:

You are supremely self-confident, relaxed and happy.

You are able to undertake any assignment with the utmost ease.

You are regarded by others as a most competent and efficient person.

You are never ruffled by any problems which confront you.

You feel wonderfully self-confident in everything you do.

You take everything in your stride.

You are completely sure of yourself in any company and in any situation.

You know what your goals are and exactly how you are going to achieve them.

You know that anything is possible.
